You’ll receive a confirmation email with details on what to expect next & asked to complete a brief questionnaire to help me understand your goals and challenges. We’ll then have our initial session where we’ll discuss your needs, outline your goals and set a plan for our work together.
The standard coaching program typically runs for 12 weeks. However, I also offer a fast-track option for those who want to achieve certain goals in a shorter time frame. During our initial session, we’ll discuss which option best suits your needs and schedule.
I’m committed to providing valuable support and guidance. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your experience, please reach out to me within the first two weeks of the program. We can discuss your concerns and if we’re unable to address them satisfactorily, I offer a partial refund for unused sessions. I’m here to support you in any way I can.

Just book an initial appointment through the scheduling system. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about completing a brief questionnaire. This helps me understand your goals and challenges. Once that’s done, we’ll have our first session to discuss your needs and create a tailored plan for our work together.
The coaching sessions are online via video calls. You'll receive a personalised plan after each session, so you're always clear on what steps to take next.
Results vary depending on your starting point and goals. Many clients start to see positive changes within the first couple of weeks of the program. For more significant, lasting results, it's typical to see noticeable progress by the end of the 12 weeks. Your individual journey will be discussed during our sessions and we'll set realistic milestones to track your progress.
It depends on your level of package and what you want to get out of it. There are 3 main tiers highlighted on the pricing page but for more specific, tailored pricing please book an appointment and we can discuss it further.
Actual support depends on the package, but you’ll receive support throughout each program. This includes regular coaching sessions, a tailored action plan and ongoing feedback. Again depending on the package you choose, support may also include email check-ins, additional resources and access to the resource library.
